The Charlie Daniels Band to Perform Concert Prior to Lipton Tea 250 Race
Although the "Devil Went Down to Georgia," the band that performs that famous ditty will be in Virginia for the NASCAR doubleheader weekend at Richmond International Raceway May 1-2, 2009. The Charlie Daniels Band will perform a free concert sponsored by Lipton Iced Tea on the midway Friday, May 1, at 5:15 p.m. at the Lipton display area, located near the flag pole in the center of the midway.
